We believe that everyone has the potential to exercise leadership.
Leadership development is an integral part of our learning community and we constantly strive to build the capacities of our staff and students.
Servite is led by a College Council, the Principal, who is appointed by the Council; and a School Executive, which is responsible for managing the School’s operations.
Providing strategic leadership, the Council represents the diverse Servite community, including parents and business leaders.

Servite staff are dedicated to providing students with opportunities to thrive.
Our staff are central to the learning, care and support we provide to all students and families. Each staff member is involved in professional growth processes and the College actively develops and recognises high performance. We regularly explore best educational practice in the ongoing pursuit of providing the best possible modern learning environment for our community.
We want our students to enter society with a strong sense of their place in our global economy and equipped with the skills to grow both their own capacity and the capacity of others.
Our philosophy is that we are all learners and all leaders and therefore all students at Servite are given the opportunity to lead in a variety of ways, whether it is within the classroom, the year level or the whole school community.
We develop Servant Leaders who understand that their role as a leader is to put the needs of others before their own. Our student leaders, whether in a formal position or not, nurture abilities in themselves and others to make an ethical and socially just impact on our campus and in the wider community.
Student Leaders are given both formal training in developing their leadership qualities and informal mentoring.
We have a formal leadership structure with our Student Executive. This is made up of our Head Boy and Head Girl and leaders from Years 7 to 12 of Community, Sport, Culture, ICT and Ministry.
